These Terms & Conditions apply to B2B inquiries, quotations and wholesale purchasing discussions with ALLTA Auto Parts through this website.
B2B Supply Scope
ALLTA Auto Parts supplies wheel hub bearings, wheel hub units, CV joints, belt tensioners and chassis parts for distributors, wholesalers, importers and aftermarket buyers. Product applications should be confirmed by OE number, vehicle model, sample, drawing or buyer specification before order confirmation.
Quotations and MOQ
Prices, MOQ, packaging, lead time and shipping terms are confirmed by quotation. MOQ may vary by product model, stock status, packaging requirement and production schedule. Quotations are not binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.
Samples and Product Confirmation
Sample cost, courier cost and sample lead time are confirmed separately. Buyers are responsible for checking dimensions, application, OE references and market requirements before placing bulk orders.
Packaging and OEM Requirements
Neutral packaging, ALLTA packaging or custom packaging may be available depending on order quantity and product type. Buyer-provided brands, labels, drawings or packaging designs must be lawful and authorized by the buyer.
Quality Inspection
We support pre-shipment inspection and order photo confirmation when applicable. Inspection scope, acceptance criteria and special testing requirements should be agreed before production or shipment.
Warranty and After-Sales Support
Warranty terms depend on product type, confirmed quotation and agreed order terms. Warranty review may require product photos, installation information, vehicle application, batch number and failure description. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable application, modification or abnormal operating conditions is not covered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns and Claims
Returns or replacements must be approved in writing before goods are sent back. Claims should be submitted with clear evidence within a reasonable time after receiving goods. Freight cost responsibility will be determined according to the confirmed cause and agreed trade terms.
OE, OEM and Trademark References
OE numbers, vehicle names and brand references on this website are used only for identification and compatibility reference. They do not imply that ALLTA products are genuine original equipment products or endorsed by vehicle manufacturers unless expressly stated.
Governing Communication
Final business terms are based on confirmed quotation, invoice, purchase order, proforma invoice or written agreement between the parties.
